While at the park, taking in the scenery and observing what was happening around me; the music was playing, performers were singing, children playing, and people of all ages, color, and background were dancing, laughing, and smiling like no one was watching; carefree and full of joy! This was the kind of moment that made my busy life filled with tasks, deadlines, planning, children’s practices and rehearsals stop.
That day in the park, I sat with the gentle breeze blowing across my face and time stood still, just for a moment. There was no place to be but to be present- this is what psychologist call practicing mindfulness. Do you find it challenging to carve out moments of peace in your busy day? It is important to remember one's worth and capabilities.

Be grateful for today and focus on what is in front of you. Gratitude is an act of being intentional and a conscious decision we get to make each day. That day, I sang, I danced, and I smiled. As easy as that may sound, all of our days don’t look like this and it’s sometimes hard to capture moments that leave you feeling fulfilled. At some point each day and more if possible, please find your “moment in the park”.
Be Blessed,
Tiffany Chanel❤️
